We were looking for a designer to help us make some really important changes and improvements to our web application - about how we present key information to our users. From a commercial and development perspective we had a clear idea of the functionality we wanted and provided a brief to Gavin. He then went away and worked his magic on it - coming up with draft designs and UX recommendations that were excellent first time round. Better than our team could have hoped for.

Gavin presented concepts to us with a clear explanation of the pros and cons of different potential elements and treatments.
